Returns & Refunds

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed trading card products, most collectible items sold by Copper City Card Company are final sale except where an item arrives damaged, the incorrect item is received, or the item materially differs from its listing.

Raw Trading Cards
Raw trading cards are final sale. Please carefully review all available photographs, condition information, and listing details before purchasing. Raw cards are sold according to their stated condition and are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade from a third-party grading company.

Graded Trading Cards
Professionally graded cards are final sale. The grading company, grade, and certification information will be provided where applicable. Grading holders must not be opened, altered, or tampered with.

Sealed Trading Card Products
Sealed trading card products are final sale. Because the authenticity and condition of factory seals cannot be verified after an item has left our possession, we generally cannot accept returns of sealed collectible products.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Materially Misrepresented Orders
If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe the item materially differs from the listing, please contact us promptly at support@coppercitycardcompany.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. When a return is authorized, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Copper City Card Company may compare returned items with listing photographs, inventory records, certification numbers, and other identifying information to verify the returned item.

If we confirm that an incorrect, damaged, or materially misrepresented item was received, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund as circumstances permit.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment when possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
